East Ham Leisure Centre at 324 Barking Road serves the local community with extensive fitness and swimming options. The gym has everything for cardio and strength training, and there's a dedicated women-only gym available all day. The 25-metre pool is great for lane swimming and lessons, while the teaching pool gives younger swimmers a comfortable space to learn. There's also a slide, flume and bubble pool for added fun. The sports hall welcomes badminton, basketball and table tennis, and we offer a creche to support parents during their workouts. Birthday parties bring celebrations to the pool, and we run programmes for older adults to stay active.
